Duke Robotics, a wholly owned subsidiary of US-listed tech company (OTCQB: USDR), is focused on bringing much needed products and solutions to the defence sector. The forward-thinking company was founded in 2014 in order to develop a superior stabilization solution, initially for military applications, with its first stabilizer launching in 2016. By 2018 it was integrated as part of the military drone solution “TIKAD”. Subsequently the technology has proven to have also numerous civilian uses.
In June 2020, UAS Drone Corp. (OTCQB: USDR) completed the acquisition of Duke Robotics Inc. The combined company focuses on Duke Robotics’ business, expanding its presence in the military drone market with TIKAD – a UAS Octocopter Integrated with Six Degrees of Freedom (“6 DOF”) Robotic Gimbal system that enables remote, real-time firing of small arms and light weapons.
